Restaurant

In the restaurant the typical Piedmontese dishes prevails as well as good selection of local wines.
At the ground floor the restaurant has a dining room whith a maximum accomodation of 100 people where every day it is possible to taste the typical disches as:

• albese raw meat
• tajarin (homemade pasta) with pore mushroom
• breaised beef with Barolo wine
• only during cold season the ever-present peppers with "Bagna Cauda" sauce

Moreover at the first floor is to be found a big dining room ideal for banquests with a maximum accomodation of 240 people suitable for wedding, private parties, firs communion.
